I'm concerned with this video's implication? that < .08 is "safe." You won't be arrested, but drunk driving isn't like, say, adult underage drinking (a contradiction that shouldn't be in the law, but I digress), where the big risk is in being caught. I'd never drive after more than one, whatever it was, and even one only with a meal. It's probably best not to drive with even one.
